Flexible, yet durable, Cooley Brite® possesses excellent translucency in any backlit sign or awning application. Cooley Brite fabrics are ideal for eradication using Cooley Magic®eradication solution and readily accept screen printing, heat transfer and pressure sensitive vinyl. The advanced scrim design enhances graphics effects to provide superior quality and luminescent colours. While standard Cooley Brite fabric carries a 5-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, all colours are available with the Coolthane® protective topcoat and manufacturer’s 8-year limited warranty.
VinaGARD® fabrics by VINTEX INC. have soft supple polymer surfaces that resist crazing and cracking common in stiff laminated textiles. Because Vintex® products are formed by a state-of-the-art extrusion coating method, no gluing of component layers is necessary. Vintex unique extrusion coating process bonds their exclusive polymer coating to a high strength wick resistant textile. The surface is sealed with a cleanable topcoat, which protects the flexible barrier from the accumulation of dirt and inhibits UV light degradation. The result is a bonded product, which stays together longer, under harsher conditions and remains more pliable at lower temperatures.
