Awnings and Canopies Graphics Application
ACRYLIC VINYL ENAMEL PAINT
One of the basic methods of applying graphics to materialS. This special type of enamel is formulated to adhere to flexible surfaces without shrinking or cracking. This results in a long-lasting and durable product. Acrylic enamel is available in virtually any colour or shade imaginable.
PRESSURE SENSITIVE VINYL FILM
Pressure sensitive vinyl film is available in both opaque and translucent styles to accommodate application in either backlit or non-backlit awnings. This film is usually computer cut on a vinyl plotter, which results in a very clean and sharp graphics image.
ERADICABLE SUBSTRATES
The background fabric is first masked and then, using an eradication solution, the coloured topcoat is removed from this specially designed fabric to expose a white background. The now white area may be left as is or further enhanced by overlaying pressure sensitive vinyl film to produce a superior quality graphic design.
